Teresian @ Glance

Teresian College was founded by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST) in 1963, with the primary objective of providing formal education to women and empowering them to be self-reliable individuals, irrespective of caste and creed.

Teresian College is affiliated to University of Mysore. Although the institution is affiliated, it adopts innovative methods of teaching and evaluation to impart effective knowledge sharing.

NAAC’s re-accreditation score in 2015 (Third Cycle) is 3.19 out of 4.00 CGPA.

Today, there are 04 P.G courses and 4 U.G courses (Arts, Sciences, Commerce, Management) offering and 02 Diploma courses offering various programmes to students. Post Graduate Department of Biotechnology offer Ph.D. programmes.
