One Day Workshop on YOGA, PRANAYAMA AND WELLBEING

Department of Psychology (both UG and PG Students) organised a one-day workshop on “YOGA, PRANAYAMA AND WELLBEING” on 15th February 2020. To create a awareness regarding practicing yoga and psychological benefits of yoga. In the workshop a talk and a practices session were delivered from the resource persons Sushma and Sowmya.
