The students of History were taken to the above mentioned place to make them aware of art and architecture and significance of the Hoysala dynasty at Somanathpura, Mystery about sand and of Curse at Talkad, and World famous waterfalls Gagana chukki and Bhara chukki. It was a day trip and students learnt a lot by this excursion.
